Delivery is made with the BPOST service and dispatched every working Tuesday. From the moment your package is sent, it will be delivered to you within 1-2 days in Belgium and 3-4 days in Europe.

The delivery time is given only as an indication because it depends on the good reception of your payment.
You will receive an email detailing your order number, the products ordered, your delivery
address and delivery method.
You will also receive a shipping number which will allow you to track your package on track.bpost.cloud.

We invite you to examine your order upon delivery to ensure that it is not damaged and to verify its conformity with the goods you have ordered.

In the event of an anomaly with your order, please contact us within 48 hours at shop@airshop.me. You can also email us if your order has still not been delivered to you within 15 working days from the estimated delivery date.
